How Skills & Frills Began

We are a custom gift basket design company.  I stumbled upon the idea over eight years ago when I received a gift basket from a friend of mine. I knew he paid a relatively high price for the basket, and it did come from a reputable company, however, I was disappointed. Not because I didn't appreciate the gift, but because the basket contained very few items and the way they were displayed seemed unprofessional.

I decided to do some research and order a few baskets from the same company and from several other sites. And that's when it hit me - these baskets were lacking the warmth of personality. They weren't made for me; they could have been made for just about anyone.
